The Third Sichun (Jintang) Edible Mushroom Fair First Circular
As we know, Sichuan is a traditional but important province in edible mushroom cultivation. In the past two decades, the development of the local edible mushroom industry has been far behind the technological revolution of industrialized cultivation. Luckily, the potential of the local market remains tremendous. There has been an increasing huge demand of edible mushroom consumption in this region. In our point of view, this area should further become another pole of developed edible mushroom industry in China. To fulfill the aim to serve the development of the national edible mushroom industry, the branch of edible mushrooms in CFNA has decided to launch an industry conference for the edible mushroom industry in west of China on March, 2016.
